Narzole extends in the north-eastern part of the province, on the border with the hills between the river Stura of Demonte and the river Tanaro, in the Langhe Hills, bordering with the towns of Cherasco, La Morra, Barolo, Novello, Lequio Tanaro, Bene Vagienna and Salmour.
It can be reached by taking the highway 661 of the Langhe Hills, whose route is just 3 km far from the town centre; very convenient is also the proximity to the motorway network, considered that the exit of Fossano, that enters the A6 Torino-Savona, is about 11 km far.
The railway line Bra-Ceva (replaced by bus service) has a stop on the spot.
